A DVD resource which supports the delivery of the program design and training facilitation units of competency contained in the Training and Assessment (TAA04 and TAE10) Training Package is available on the TVET Australia website.

The DVD (created by Training Key Alliance in Western Australia) provides an entertaining and informative introduction on some of the key issues students will face as trainers when delivering designing and facilitating training programs. It also provides trainers with a useful resource to stimulate group discussion and promote an inclusive learning culture.
